A succesful business becomes like a family of its own with inter-personal relationships and its own unique character. Personality clashes can immoblelise productivity. Furthermore people cannot help bringing their personal or home problems and struggles with them to the workplace.
Hence if a atmosphere of emotional health and conflict resolution can be promoted among colleagues - it has tremendous positive effect on company productivity!
My service includes a once a week 4 hour counseling block where any employee can come for counseling, whether for personal or company related conflict or stress. I also additionaly offer motivational talks to companies regarding unity, conflict resolution, peaceful work environment and emotional healt in productivity.
